【摘要】 从经济发展、科技创新、资源利用和环境友好4个方面构建两型社会视角下的科技成果转化绩效综合评价指标体系,结合熵权法和综合统计模型计算得到我国30个省市自治区两型社会视角下的科技成果转化绩效综合评价值,并与传统视角下的科技成果转化绩效综合评价值进行比较分析。通过回归分析可知,两型社会视角下的科技成果转化绩效分别与科技资源投入、区域经济发展水平呈正相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 From economic development,scientific and technological innovation,resource utilization,and environmental friendly five aspects,this research builds the performance evaluation system for the scientific and technological achievements transformation in the perspective of two oriented society.This research chooses the entropy weight method and the comprehensive statistical model to calculate value of China’s 30 provinces and autonomous regions transformation of scientific and technological achievements performance,and compared with the traditional perspective of transformation of scientific and technological achievements of the performance comprehensive evaluation value.Through regression analysis,transformation of scientific and technological achievements performance respectively with science and technology resources,the regional economic development level was positively related to relationship under the two oriented society.更多还原
