基于模糊TOPSIS法的政府绿色采购供应商评价研究
Research on Supplier Evaluation in Government Green Procurement Based on Fuzzy TOPSIS

【摘要】 面对日趋严峻的环境污染和不可再生资源的耗用,生态文明建设提升到国家战略高度,政府绿色采购被认为是推动企业实现节能减排与可持续发展的有效重要政策工具之一,而供应商的选择则是最为关键的内容。本文首先构建了政府绿色采购的供应商评价指标体系;进一步基于组合运用模糊决策理论、群体决策和TOPSIS方法确定各指标权重和评价值;最后以某大型机电设备供应商评价为例进行实证研究。
【Abstract】 Facing increasingly serious environmental pollution and consumption of non-renewable resources,ecological civilization promoted to the national strategic level,government green procurement is considered as one of the important policy tools to encourage enterprises to achieve energy conservation and sustainable development.Supply supplier selection is the most critical content.Firstly,the article constructs an index system of evaluation on supplier in government green procurement.And then,based on the combined use of fuzzy decision theory,group decision and TOPSIS method to determine the weight of each index and evaluation value,this article carries out research on a large mechanical and electrical equipment supplier evaluation.
