【摘要】 "长江经济带"发展战略是我国正在实施的三大国家战略之一。长江经济带的发展对新常态下我国经济社会的全面协调和可持续发展具有重大的理论与实践意义。作者在调查研究的基础上,对当前长江经济带农业可持续发展面临的主要问题及应采取的战略对策与措施进行了探讨,认为:当前影响和制约长江经济带农业可持续发展的主要问题是资源锐减、生态破坏、水土流失、环境污染、灾害频发,以及区域农业可持续发展能力下降等;应对上述问题,应采取以下战略对策与措施:一是推广新型农业发展模式;二是大搞生态建设;三是开展环境整治;四是完善法律法规;五是推行规模经营;六是转变农业发展方式;七是建立农业防灾减灾体系;八是增强农业可持续发展能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 " Yangtze River Economic Belt" development strategy is one of the three major national strategies in China.The development of the Yangtze River economic belt has great theoretical and practical significance for the comprehensive coordination and sustainable development of Chinas economic and social economy under the new normal.On the basis of investigation and research,the paper discusses the main problems and countermeasures of agricultural sustainable development in the Yangtze River economic belt.It is believed that the main problems of the sustainable development of agriculture in the Yangtze River economic belt are the reduction of resources,ecological destruction,soil erosion,environmental pollution,frequent disasters,and the decline of regional agricultural sustainable development ability,and so on.To deal with these problems,the following strategic countermeasures and measures should be taken;the first is to promote new agricultural development pattern;the second is to carry out ecological construction;the third is to carry out environmental remediation;the fourth is to perfect legal laws and regulations,the fifth is to implete scale operation;the sixth is to transform the mode of agricultural development,the seventh is to establish the system for disaster prevention and mitigation in agriculture;the eighth is to enhance capacity for sustainable development of agriculture.更多还原
