【摘要】 针对坚硬顶板急倾斜煤层开采,设计了柔掩工作面矸石充填方法,提出了绞车耙矸-自溜充填采空区的远程控制工艺,布置了矸石"运-充"整体系统;充填巷道设计为半煤岩巷,采用"锚杆+锚索+托梁"的支护形式,以保证长时间、远距离矸石充填作业的顺利实施;研发了柔掩支架与树脂夹板相结合的全封闭柔掩支护结构,满足了采空区矸石隔离及工作面围岩支护两方面的要求。通过急倾斜煤层矸石充填开采现场试验,实现了采空区顶板控制和矸石井下处理的目的,获得了满意的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at mining the steep seam with hard roof,the gangue filling method for flexible shield mining was designed.Gangue filling technology of rake transporting and gravity filling was developed,and the gangue transportation and filling system was arranged.Based on the anchorage support theory,the "anchor bolt + anchor cable + joist" support method was proposed to support the half coal seam filling roadway,which kept the gangue filling for long time and long distance.The whole close face support method by combining flexible shield supports and resin splints was designed,which kept the gangues isolated and supported the surrounding rock.By carrying out gangue filling mining engineering practice,the aims of controlling strata movement and disposing underground gangues were realized.Significant economic benefits and social benefits were achieved.更多还原
