难烧结焙烧镜铁矿的复合造块研究

【摘要】 镜铁矿具有亲水性差、难成球、高温反应性差等缺点,目前在烧结和球团生产中并未得到大规模应用。本文采用中南大学已开发的复合造块工艺,实现了难烧结焙烧镜铁矿在烧结生产中的大量使用。与常规烧结工艺相比,采用复合造块工艺时镜铁矿的配加量可提高到40%以上,而且焦粉用量降低了0.3%~0.6%,同时料层高度可由常规的700mm提高到820mm以上,有效地实现了烧结生产的增产、节能和减排。本研究为难烧结镜铁矿的使用提供了一条有效途径。

【Abstract】 Specularite iron ores have poor hydrophilicity and ballability as well as bad high -temperature reactivity,which restricts the large- scale application in the sinter and pellet production. In order to make the best use of the specularite concentrates,a novel process of Composite Agglomeration Process(CAP),developed by Central South University,is applied in this research. By the new CAP,the purposes of increasinginyield,energy saving and emission reduction can be turned into reality.The percentage of specularite concentrates in the sinter mixture is increased to no less than 40%,the coke breeze dosage is reduced by 0.3%~0.6%and the material bed height is increased from 700mm to over 820mm,compared with the traditional sintering process.This investigation can provide an effective route to utilize the inferior refractory specularite concentrates in the sintering.
