杂质对硫铁矿还原分解磷石膏过程的影响

【摘要】 近年以来,随着我国国内市场对磷肥的需求逐步增大,磷石膏作为湿法磷酸工业副产物,以大概7000万吨的年产量排放。另一方面,硫铁矿作为我国最重要的硫资源,一直是工业生产硫酸原料,但因种种原因,逐渐被硫磺制硫酸技术所取代。针对这种情况,有研究者[1-2]提出用硫铁矿还原分解磷石膏制硫酸技术,并在实验室阶段实现了该反应。但前人的实验研究是建立在用分析纯级原料反应,并不能模拟工业反应。本文旨在借助热力学和动力学理论研究,探究磷石膏和硫铁矿中主要杂质对整个反应过程的影响,借助工艺实验进行验证,明确主要杂质的作用机理。

【Abstract】 In the recent years,with the demand for the phosphate fertilizer is increasing, the yield of PG is about 70 million tons. For another, the iron pyrite has long been the raw material for making sulphate. But for some reasons, it is replaced by the sulphur gradually. In view of such conditions, some researcher proposed a process that the iron pyrite reacts with the PG to making sulphate and made it come true in laboratory. But their experimental research was based on using the analytical pure grade raw materials, which can’t simulate industrial reaction completely. In this paper, thermodynamics and kinetics was used and comparing with the experiments to exploring how the main impurities effect on the reaction.
