基于聚膦腈的杂原子掺杂多孔碳微球的制备及其电化学性能研究

【摘要】 以高度交联的有机-无机杂化聚膦腈微球(PMSs)为前驱体,通过在氮气气氛下碳化,得到杂原子掺杂的多孔碳微球(HMCMSs)。HMCMSs具有很高的BET表面积,均一的介孔结构,较高的杂原子含量。当CV测试扫描速率为0.2A/g时,用HMCMSs所制电极在6 M KOH溶液中的比电容高达274 F/g。本文从新颖的角度探讨了简便制备杂原子掺杂的多孔碳微球的方法,以及用HMCMSs来制备高性能超级电容器电极材料的潜能。
【Abstract】 Heteroatom-doped mesoporous carbon microspheres(HMCMSs) were prepared by direct carbonization of highly cross-linked organic-inorganic hybrid polymeric microspheres(PMSs) under an inert atmosphere. The HMCMSs were of large Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) surface area, uniform mesopore, and high content of heteroatom. Electrodes prepared by using HMCMSs showed a high specific capacitance of 274 F/g in 6 M KOH electrolyte when the currenr density was 0.2A/g, on account of the large BET surface area and high content of heteroatom. This work involved the preparation of carbon microspheres from a novel precursor and used the microspheres in the fabrication of high-performance supercapacitor electrodes.
