双响应二茂铁基化合物的合成与阴离子识别性能研究

【摘要】 阴离子广泛存在于自然界和生命体中,并发挥着重要的作用。对阴离子的检测和识别往往需要特定的传感分子。离子识别传感分子通常由结合单元和信号单元两部分组成,其中结合单元会影响传感分子对阴离子的选择性,信号单元会影响传感分子对阴离子识别的灵敏度。本文通过在传感分子中引入具有电化学响应性的二茂铁基团和光信号响应性的偶氮苯基团作为信号单元,合成了系列光电双响应二茂铁基化合物,此类二茂铁基化合物可通过循环伏安法和紫外法对阴离子进行识别,其中对F和H2PO4-有很好的选择性识别作用,由于光信号响应基团的存在,部分离子识别传感分子对阴离子识别的颜色变化可以通过肉眼观测,提高了检测的便利性;通过改变取代基的种类,研究了推电子基团和吸电子基团对其和阴离子结合能力的影响,探讨了可能的阴离子识别机理。
【Abstract】 Anions widely exist and play important roles in the nature and life bodies.Anion responsive compounds are needed for the recognition of anions.Anion responsive compounds usually contain the combination unit and the signal unit which relative to the selectivity and sensitivity.In this paper,a series of electrochemical and optical responsive ferrocene-based compounds were synthesized by utilizing electrochemical responsive ferrocenyl groups and optical responsive azobenzene groups as signal groups.Their anion recognition property was tested by cyclic voltammetry and UV-vis methods.It was found that the obtained ferrocene-based compounds had good selectivity to the F and H2PO4-.The effect of electron withdrawing groups and electron donating groups on the anion recognition property was studied.The anion recognition mechanism was discussed.
