吡啶甲酸铬配合物的毒性:取代基的作用

【摘要】 吡啶甲酸铬是目前市场上销量最高的补铬类产品之一,它具有促进糖类和脂质代谢等功能进而对Ⅱ型糖尿病的治疗具有辅助作用。目前,对于吡啶甲酸铬的作用及其毒性存在着较大的争议,因而本文中合成并表征了系列吡啶甲酸铬衍生物15种,并对其结构、理化性质与毒性之间的相互关系进行了初步研究,结果表明配合物的毒性与配体取代基的结构密切相关:吸电子取代基导致配合物的氧化还原电位正移,毒性较弱;给电子取代基导致配合物氧化还原电位负移,毒性较强;配合物的稳定性,氧化还原电位和毒性存在正相关效应。配合物的毒性还与其他理化性质有关。

【Abstract】 Chromium picolinate is one of the most best-sellings;it can always be used as adjuvant for type II diabetes due to its promotion to the metabolism of proper carbohydrate and lipid.Presently,there are still controversy exits in its benefits and toxicity.Synthesis,characterization physicochemical properties of series of chromium picolinate derivatives coupled with the relationship between their structure and toxic have been studied in this report,and a note can be got that substituent group on ligand have great influence on its toxicity.Electron-withdrawing groups lead to positive move of the redox peak of complexes,and the electron-donating group the other way around.Besides,there was a positive correlation between the dynamics stability,electrochemical potentials and generation of produce oxygen species.The cytotoxicity is not only related to the ability to generation hydroxyl radicals,but also involves some other physicochemical factors.
