锂离子掺杂对3DOM WO3气敏性能的影响

【摘要】 二氧化氮是工业生产和汽车尾气中常见的有毒、有害气体,污染大气环境。低浓度二氧化氮即可对人体健康造成危害。因此,检测并监控低浓度二氧化氮很有必要。本文研究了锂离子掺杂对三维有序大孔(3DOM)WO3气敏性能的影响,采用SEM,TEM,XRD,XPS等手段表征了材料的形貌、表面缺陷及其电子特性。实验结果表明:锂离子掺杂的3DOM WO3纳米材料对低浓度二氧化氮具有较高的灵敏度和较好的连续恢复性。二氧化氮的低浓度检测对气敏传感器的实际应用具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Nitrogen dioxide is a toxic gas in industrial waste and motor vehicle emissions. It causes serious environmental problems. In addition, it could affect human health even at low concentrations. So it is very necessary to detecting and monitoring the nitrogen dioxide. In this paper, we study the gas-sensing property of Li doped 3DOM WO3 nanomaterial. We use SEM, TEM, XRD and XPS to characterize the morphology, the surface defects and the electronic properties. The results revealed that 3DOM WO3/Li possessed excellent sensitivity and continuance towards NO2 at ppb levels, and it is meaningful in practical application to investigate NO2 sensing properties at low concentrations.
