LiBr/γ-Al2O3催化剂上多元环碳酸酯的合成

【摘要】 本文采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列Li Br/γ-Al2O3催化剂,用于环氧树脂E51与CO2环加成反应合成环碳酸酯。考察了Li Br/γ-Al2O3催化剂的制备条件、反应条件对环氧基团转化的影响,结果表明:Li Br负载量、催化剂的焙烧温度及反应条件等对E51的转化率有显著影响。当Li Br负载量为20%、450℃焙烧4h时,得到的Li Br/γ-Al2O3催化剂活性较高,在CO2压力为1.0Mpa、120℃反应20h,可使环氧树脂E51转化率达89.6%。
【Abstract】 LiBr/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by an impregnation method and applied to the synthesis of cyclic carbonates from CO2 and bisphenol A diglycidyl ether E51. The effects of preparation parameter of LiBr/γ-Al2O3 catalysts and reaction condition on the conversion of E51 were investigated. And the loading amount of LiBr over LiBr/γ-Al2O3, the calcination temperature of catalysts and reaction conditions had significant impacts on the conversion of E51.The results proved that LiBr/γ-Al2O3 catalysts calcined at 450℃ for 4h with 20 wt. % LiBr loading amount had high catalytic activity, leading the conversion of E51 to 89.6% under the reaction conditions of the reaction temperature of 120 ℃, reaction time of 20 h and the carbon dioxide pressure of 1.0 Mpa.
