微波辐射法制备银/壳聚糖接枝香草醛复合溶胶及抗菌活性研究

【摘要】 在异丙醇介质中,用微波辐射法制备了壳聚糖-香草醛接枝物(CS-g-VA),再以CS-g-VA的乙酸溶液为介质,用香草醛还原硝酸银得到均匀分散于CS-g-VA溶胶中的纳米银粒子,从而制得Ag/CS-g-VA复合溶胶。文章探讨了制备Ag/CS-g-VA复合溶胶的各种影响因素,并对其进行IR、XRD、DRS、FTIR等结构表征。实验结果表明,合成Ag/CS-g-VA的理想条件:香草醛的质量浓度为6wt.%,CS-g-VA的质量浓度为4wt.%,硝酸银的物质的量浓度为0.2 mol/L。通过抗菌测试研究了Ag/CS-g-VA对大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌的抑制作用,结果显示Ag/CS-g-VA复合溶胶具有比单一壳聚糖抗菌剂更高效的抗菌活性。

【Abstract】 Chitosan grafted vanillin(CS-g-VA) was prepared in isopropanol by microwaveradiation method. Silver nanoparticles separating evenly in CS-g-VA sol were prepared as silver nitrate reduced by vanillin with acetic acid solution as medium, and then Ag/CS-g-VA composite sol was prepared. The effects on the preparation of Ag/CS-gVA composite sol were studied and the structure of obtained composite sol was characterized by FTIR, XRD, DRS, IR and other method. Experiment results show that the best conditions for the preparation of Ag/CS-g-VA are vanillin concentration of 6wt.%, CS-g-VA concentration of 4wt.% and silver nitrate concentration of 0.2 mol/L. The inhibition of Ag/CS-g-VA composite sol to Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis were investigated through antibacterial tests. The results show that the antibacterial activity of Ag/CS-g-VA composite sol is more efficient than that of single CS materials.
