一维光子晶体用于β-葡聚糖检测

【摘要】 燕麦以其优良的平衡氨基酸的能力和所含的营养特性-必需脂肪酸,维生素,甾醇,抗氧化剂,水溶性纤维,特别是β-葡聚糖为人所知。~1燕麦中的β-(1→3,1→4)葡聚糖简称燕麦β-葡聚糖。它由单体β-D-吡喃葡萄糖,通过β-(1→3)和β-(1→4)糖苷键连接起来形成的一种高分子聚合物。~2最近有很多用来检测β-葡聚糖的方法。其中一些利用染料与β-葡聚糖之间的特异性连接来检测,例如荧光增白剂和苯胺蓝。刚果红也在其中。本实验建立了一个新的用来检测β-葡聚糖的方法-结合刚果红和含有聚苯胺缺陷层的一维光子晶体。氧化石墨烯也被用于构建此光子晶体。通过检测由于缺陷层变化而产生变化的反射光谱来检测β-葡聚糖,发现此方法可以分辨出从1 mg/m L到10 mg/m L的β-葡聚糖。

【Abstract】 Oat is known for its excellent functional, such as the ability to balance amino acids, and nutritional properties, for instance, essential fatty acids, vitamins, sterols, antioxidants, and soluble fiber, especially beta-glucan.~1 Beta-glucans in oats are linear unbranched polysaccharides composed of glucose units joined by glycosidic bonds β-1, 3 and β-1, 4.~2 Currently, there are many methods to quantify beta-glucan. Some of these methods utilize specific binding of dye to beta-glucan, such as calcofluor 2 and aniline blue dye3. The specific binding of the dye Congo red to beta-glucan is also in the column. This study establishes a new approach to quantify beta-glucan in oat by combining the dye Congo red with 1DPh Cs with a polyaniline(PANI) defect. Graphene oxide(GO) was employed as a component to fabricate 1DPh Cs using spin-coating method. By detecting changes in reflection spectra caused by the refractive index of defect layer change, 1-10 mg/m L beta-glucan could be detected.
