吉祥草化学成分研究
Study on Chemical Constituents of Reineckia carnea

【摘要】 目的研究吉祥草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据进行分析和结构鉴定。结果从吉祥草中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为:25(S)-5β-1β,3β-diol(1)、棕榈酸(2)、三十烷酸(3)、熊果酸(4)、槲皮素(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、25(S)-5β-1β,3β-diol 1-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-rham-nopyranoside(7)、(22S)-cholest-1β,3β,16β,22-tetraol 1-O-β-D-glucopyrannoside 16-O-β-Dglucopyrannoside(8)、25(S)-5β-1β,3β-diol 1-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(9)、(22S)-cholest-1β,3β,16β,22-tetraol 1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyrannoside 16-O-β-D-glucopyrannoside(10)。结论:其中,化合物1和3为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective To Study the Chemical Constituents of Reineckia carnea( Andr.) kunth. Methods:Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatographic techniques were used to study the Chemical Constituents of Reineckia carnea and the chemical structures were elucidated by application of spictral data. Results:ten compounds were obtained and their structure were identified as25( S)-5β-1β,3β-diol( 1),hexadecanoic acid(2),triacontanoic acid(3),ursolic acid(4),Quercetin(5),Rutin(6), 25(S)-5β-1β,3β-diol 1-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(7)、(22S)-cholest-1β,3β,16β,22-tetraol 1,16-di-O-β-D-glucopyrannoside(8)、25(S)-5β-1β,3β-diol 1-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(9)、(22S)-cholest-1β,3β,16β,22-tetraol 1-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyrannoside 16-O-β-D-glucopyrannoside(10). Conclusion :compounds 1 and 3 are isolated from the plant first time.
