植物内生真菌YN02-4的次级代谢产物研究

【摘要】 目的从云南大围山植物缅桐中分离得到的内生真菌YN02-4,从YN02-4的大米发酵产物中提取分离得到单体化合物,并通过理化性质对其结构进行鉴定。方法植物内生真菌YN02-4进行大米发酵培养30天,对其菌丝体进行乙酸乙酯超声萃取得浸膏,通过硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱法等手段进行分离,得到的单体进行核磁共振波谱法等理化手段进行结构鉴定。结果从真菌YN02-4大米发酵菌丝体中得到:Pififormic acid、2-hexylidene-3-methylsuccinic acid、6-hydroxymellein、环(异亮-脯)、环(缬-脯)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the secondary metabolites,a fungus which was isolated from the Sumbaviopsis albicans of Yunnan Province was studied.Method The isolation and purification of the compounds were performed by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC methods,and their structures were determined by their physic-chemical character and spectral data with literatures.Results Five compounds(1-5) were isolated from the YN02-4 and identified as pififormic acid,2-hexylidene-3-methylsuccinicacid,6-hydroxymellein,cyclo(Ile-pro),cyclo(val-pro).更多还原
