【摘要】 目的:为我国药师处方权的实现提供相关建议。方法:通过药师在用药安全保障以及药用效率两方面分析现阶段在我国赋予药师处方权的必要性以及可行性,同时结合加拿大、英国、美国等国家对药师处方权的相关规定进行分析。结果与结论:我国可通过明确药师服务行为和药师处方权、推动药师立法以及修改相关法律法规等途径实现药师处方权。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To provide suggestions for achieving pharmacist prescribing rights in our country.METHODS By analyzing the necessity and feasibility of giving our pharmacists prescribing rights at the present stage by pharmacists both in ensuring drug safety and medicinal efficiency.It also combines with the relevant Regulations for pharmacists’ prescribing rights in Canada,Britain,the United States and other countries.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION To achieve pharmacist prescribing rights in our country through making clear pharmacists service behavior and pharmacists’ prescribing rights,promoting the pharmacists legislation,and modifying the relevant laws and regulations.更多还原
