【摘要】 农村集体经营性建设用地是农村集体土地的重要组成部分,当前已经由国家批准进入市场。但由于我国目前法律上的诸多限制,农村集体经营性建设用地私下流转的数量还超过正规入市流转数量,入市流转亟待规范化、有序化。因此,本文分析农村集体经营性建设用地入市在法律方面的阻碍,提出对现行法律制度的修改意见以及建立相关保障制度,对推进规范入市、保障农民收益及推动城乡一体化建设具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Operation of rural collective construction land is an important part of rural collective land,it also as the main target approved by the government to enter the market.However,due to many restrictions on China’s current law,the number of operation of rural collective construction land transfer in private is far more than the formal market circulation.Therefore,analyze the legal obstacles of rural collective operating construction land into the market and put forward the amendment of present legal system,as well as the establishment of relevant security system,has important significance to break the urban-rural dual structure,protect farmers’ income and promote the integration of urban and rural construction.更多还原
