米根霉F6的微波诱变
Studies on Mutagenesis of F6 by Treating with Microwave Irradiation

【摘要】 本文利用微波诱变技术对产糖化酶米根霉菌F6进行诱变,结果筛选到一株糖化酶高产菌株F6-20d,不仅糖化酶活力提高了3.7倍,而且有很好的遗传稳定性。
【Abstract】 The paper focused on the influence of microwave Irradiation mutagenesis on Rhizopus oryzae F6. A high glucoamylase producing strain Rhizopus oryzae F6 was screend out from its parrent strain F6 by microware irradiation. Its saccharogenic activity increases by 3.7 times and its characteristics of highly producing glucoamylase remained stable after many times of subcultures storage for one years.
