【摘要】 为打造我国石化行业精品期刊,积极了解国外同行业期刊发展,详细介绍了法国IFP出版的科技期刊的基本情况和办刊特点,分析了中国石化石油化工科学研究院出版期刊的现状和存在的差距,提出了在期刊体制改革的大背景下建设本行业有影响力的精品期刊的若干措施。以期为本行业期刊发展和提高提供参考。

【Abstract】 The paper details the basic situation and characteristics of France IFP published sci-tech journals,analyzes the status and disparity of Research Institute of Petroleum Processing published journals,and presents a number of measures about building the industry’s influential superior journal under the background of system reform.The paper can provide some references for the development and promotion of periodicals in this industry.
