冷成型对钢管混凝土柱轴压性能的影响分析

【摘要】 建立了可考虑冷成型残余应力的圆钢管混凝土柱的有限元分析模型。基于某一实际钢管混凝土结构中钢管的加工制作工艺,采用有限元模型对钢管的冷成型过程进行了模拟,得到了钢管冷成型残余应力的大小和分布规律。以此残余应力作为钢管的初始应力,对该钢管混凝土柱的轴压性能进行全过程分析。研究结果表明,冷成型残余应力使得该钢管混凝土柱的轴压刚度降低约0.38%,轴压极限承载力提高约0.22%,且对荷载-轴向变形曲线影响不明显。本文的研究方法可为考虑施工全过程的钢管混凝土构件性能的研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 A finite element analysis(FEA) model is established to study the influence of residual stress induced by cold forming on the axial behavior of circular concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST) columns.Based on the processing technology of the steel tube in a CFST column in a practical project,the cold forming process of steel tube is simulated using the FEA model.And the magnitude and distribution of the residual stress in the steel tube are obtained.With the residual stress in the steel tube regarded as initial stress,the full-range analysis of the axial behavior of the CFST column is conducted.The results show that,the residual stress induced by cold forming reduces the axial stiffness by approximately 0.38%,increases the axial ultimate load carrying capacity by approximately 0.22%and has minor effect on the shape of the load versus axial deformation curve.This paper can provide reference for the research on behavior of CFST members with considering the full-range construction process.
