国家发展战略中的知识产权

【摘要】 科技创新和文化创新是提高社会生产力和综合国力的战略支撑,提升科技创新力和文化竞争力是实现中华复兴理想的内在要求。近年来,国家的各项发展战略均以"创新"为基点,知识产权制度的价值与意义亦日益凸显。知识产权制度为科技创新、品牌培育、文化繁荣提供了有力的制度支持。本文通过简单梳理知识产权制度在"国家知识产权战略"、"四个全面战略布局"、"一带一路战略布局"、"创新驱动发展战略"中的地位和作用,进一步强调知识产权制度对我国社会经济发展的重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technological innovation and cultural innovation is the strategic support to improve the social productive forces and the comprehensive national strength. To promote scientific and technological innovation and cultural competitiveness is the inherent requirement of the great rejuvenation of China. In recent years, the country’s development strategy is based on "innovation", the value and significance of intellectual property system is becoming increasingly prominent. Intellectual property system provides a powerful system support for technological innovation, brand cultivation and cultural prosperity. In this paper, author analysis the status and function of the intellectual property system in the " National intellectual property rights strategy ", "‘Four comprehensives’ strategic blueprint", " ‘One Belt and One Road’project", "Innovation driven development strategy", and want to further emphasis the important significance of the intellectual property system in our country’s social and economic development.更多还原
