【Abstract】 If China successfully rises,it will reflect its own institutional arrangements in accordance with its value system.This will be much different than what is found in the West,and will represent the rise of Asia as a whole.China was a superpower throughout the 1000 years from the 5 to the 15 century while the United States only became one from 1945 to the present.Therefore,it is normal for China to be the first in the world,and not for the United States.更多还原
