基于无线传感器网络的船载液态危险品状态监测系统研究

【摘要】 针对液态危险品具有易燃、易爆、腐蚀、毒害和辐射等特性,为提高船载液态危险品运输的安全性,本文对船载液态危险品的状态监测方法进行了研究,提出利用无线传感器网络(Wireless Sensor Network,WSN)技术对船载液态危险品的状态进行监测,设计基于无线传感器网络的船载液态危险品状态监测系统。进行实时监测和预警并提高应急反应的能力。为适应船载液态危险品的特点,本文对无线传感器网络的节点、数据包的结构以及MAC协议进行了设计。基于无线传感器网络的船载液态危险品状态监测系统能够为液态危险品运输途中的监测提供完整的解决方案,有利于提升水上液态危险品运输的安全水平。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of liquid dangerous goods are inflammable,explosive,and corrosive,toxic,radioactive.Lack of reasonable monitoring has become one of main reasons for the accident in the shipping process.In order to improve the safety of shipborne liquid dangerous goods,the aim of this essay is to research the monitoring methods of shipborne liquid dangerous goods by analyzing the characteristics of its own.A method for condition monitoring based on Wireless Sensor Network(WSN) is proposed,and a condition monitoring system based on WSN is designed as well.The condition monitoring system use a variety of sensors for liquid dangerous goods ship attitude,cabin level,pressure,temperature,special gas concentration,as well as piping and valves on-or-off state to achieve real-time monitoring and early warning.In addition,the system can calculate the real volume of goods within the cabin accurately,and the real-time status of liquid dangerous goods can be transmitted to monitoring centers on shore using communications equipment on board in order to improve emergency capabilities.In order to meet the characteristics of liquid dangerous goods ship,the wireless sensor network nodes,packet structure and the MAC protocol are designed.In this paper,liquid dangerous goods condition monitoring system based on wireless sensor networks provides a complete solution that will help to improve safety of liquid dangerous goods shipping.
