滇池环湖截污干渠高效截流分析

【摘要】 为了预测城市化后的滇池环湖截污干渠的容纳能力,协调截污干渠与其他截污系统实现经济、高效截流,利用SWMM对用于远期规划的截污管网进行模型搭建。选取了当地典型降雨用于模拟,以预测干渠溢流点和对末端污水厂的冲击负荷。结果表明:城市化后,截污干渠能容纳总降雨量16 mm及以下的中、小雨的全区域同强度降雨,而在总降雨量16 mm以上的中雨、大雨、暴雨下将会有节点产生溢流;在总降雨量16 mm左右的全区域降雨条件下,干渠出口处流量与干渠末端污水厂的设计流量比值在9~10倍之间。该模拟结果为后期调蓄设施和污水处理厂的规模、数量和布设位置提供依据,为干渠截污系统高效截流方案的运行提供支撑。
【Abstract】 To predict the capacity of east coast interception trunk of the Tien Lake in Kunming,realize a economic and efficient interception by coordinating interception trunk with other system,a rainfall runoff model for the planning interception network of the Tien Lake was established based on SWMM.By selecting the typical rainfall events for simulation,the carrying capacity was predicted,the weak point easy to be flooded was identified,and the shock load for the sewage plant under designed return period rainfall events was analyzed.The final result shows that the interception trunk can accommodate a light or moderate total rainfall of 16 mm under the same intensity in particular locations,but rainfall exceeding 16 mm may lead to overflow.The flow ratio of the export of interception trunk and the design flow of sewage plant which is located in the end of interception trunk is between 9 and 10.It is helpful to design the new rain water storage tank and sewage plant in the future,and support the operation of efficient interception program for the system of interception trunk.
