纤维混凝土负温力学性能研究

【摘要】 研究聚丙烯腈纤维体积掺量分别为0%,0.051%和0.085%时,纤维混凝土在-35℃下的力学性能,包括抗压强度、弹性模量、抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度。对比分析了纤维混凝土在-35℃条件下与20℃条件下各项力学的变化情况。试验结果表明:不同纤维掺量的混凝土在负温下各项力学性能均有所提高,聚丙烯腈纤维掺量越大,力学性能的改善效果越明显。-35℃时,与未掺加聚丙烯腈纤维的混凝土相比,体积掺量为0.051%和0.085%时,混凝土抗压强度的增长率分别提高了5.1%和9.9%,弹性模量的增长率分别提高了1.2%和5.4%,抗折强度的增长率分别提高了19.0%和34.3%,劈裂抗拉强度的增长率分别提高了11.7%和27.5%。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the mechanical properties of fiber concrete were studied at- 35 ℃,with the dosages of polyacrylonitrile fiber were 0vol%,0. 051vol% and 0. 085vol%. The mechanical properties include compressive strength,flexural strength,splitting tensile strength and modulus of elasticity. The results showed that all mechanical properties were improved at- 35 ℃. At- 35 ℃,when the dosages of polyacrylonitrile fiber were 0. 051 vol % and0. 085 vol %,the growth rate of compressive strength were 5. 1% and 9. 9% higher than that of concrete without fiber,the growth rate of modulus of elasticity were 1. 2% and 5. 4% higher than that of concrete without fiber,the growth rate of flexural strength were 19. 0% and 34. 3% higher than that of concrete without fiber,the growth rate of splitting tensile strength were 11. 7% and 27. 5% higher than that of concrete without fiber.
