PC梁桥竖向预应力精轧螺纹钢筋张拉力无损检测方法研究及工程应用

【摘要】 大跨径PC梁桥腹板开裂病害日益突出,其根本原因在于竖向有效张拉力的不足,因而急需一种能够对竖向预应力筋有效张拉力力进行准确检测的检测技术。视竖向预应力筋外露段为变刚度的悬臂梁,建立力学模型,同时根据结构动力学理论,得出锚固段刚度增大系数、外露段1阶频率及外露段长度之间的物理关系,并进行了现场模型试验。试验结果验证了竖向预应力精轧螺纹钢筋张拉力无损检测技术的有效性,是一种方便、快捷、有效的竖向预应力无损检测方法,适于大规模推广应用。
【Abstract】 As the Cracks of Webs more and more serious for the shortage of vertical prestressing,a NDT method which can detect the tensile force accurately and quickly is quite needed. On the basis of considering the exposed segment of vertical prestressing as a vary rigid cantilever beam,mechanical model was established. The parameter relationship between exposed segment length, dynamic characteristics and increment stiffness coefficient was established and a model test was carried out. The results of the model test proved the efficient of the test method and worth to promote.
