上覆硬壳层软弱地基工作机理及沉降分析
THE MECHANISM AND SETTLEMENT ANALYSIS OF SOFT FOUNDATION WITH CRUST LAYER

【摘要】 深厚软弱地基表层经地基处理形成厚度不大的硬壳层可以承受较大的荷载,该硬壳层技术在公路和码头堆场等工程中得到广泛应用。对比软弱地基上覆硬壳层承受荷载和水上漂浮物平衡原理的异同,提出一种上覆硬壳层深厚软弱地基的工作和沉降机理,硬壳层下软弱地基提供的浮力和软弱地基自身的强度使硬壳层具有较高的承载力;考虑硬壳层的应力扩散作用和下部软弱土地基的固结作用,认为大面积硬壳层应力扩散作用不显著,而是其下软弱地基的固结排水路径的改变使硬壳层的沉降在相当长的时间内缓慢发生。结合一则工程实例,通过有限元方法和规范单向分层总和法分别对上覆硬壳层的软弱地基荷载作用下的沉降进行计算,通过超孔隙水压力的消散规律,证明该机理的正确性。
【Abstract】 The deep soft soil foundation with average small thickness crust layer,which was formed by foundation treatment,can withstand great loads. The crust layer technique was widely used,especially in highway engineering and container yard engineering. Comparing the similarities and differences between bearing capacity of crust layer on the soft foundation and the balance principle of floats in water,a working mechanism of soft foundation with crust layer was proposed, which concluded that the bearing capacity of crust layer comes from the soft foundation underneath it,stress dispersion and consolidation of soft foundation underneath crust layer are also considered,concluding that stress dispersion of large area crust layer was non-significant,but the changes of drainage path it made to the soft foundation made the settlement occur slowly over a long period. Combined with a project example,soft foundation with crust layer’s settlement was calculated by finite element method and unidirectional layer-wise summation method in code respectively,the correctness of the mechanism was proved by the law of super pore pressure dissipation.
