中温厌氧发酵过程中料液流变特性研究

【摘要】 厌氧发酵过程中,物料分层及各层粘度、密度参数是沼气搅拌装置设计的重要依据。本文采用对比接力试验方法研究了玉米秸秆和牛粪混合时不同浓度下中温厌氧发酵特性。结果表明:TS=4%时,各层料液密度由上而下最大值分别为0.9658、0.9898和0.9975 g/cm~3,出现时间分别为发酵第10、4、1d;TS=6%时分别为0.9875、0.9952和1.0052g/cm~3,出现时间分别为发酵第8、4、1d;TS=8%初始值最大分别为1.1121、1.0852和0.9856 g/cm~3。)当TS=4%时,上中下三层料液的最大粘度值分别为5.1、9.9和104.5m Pa·s,出现时间分别为发酵第7、1和1d;TS=6%时,最大值分别为10.5、89.5、157.5m Pa·s,其最大粘度值出现时间分别为第7、1、1d;Ts=S%时物料出现结壳其粘度值处于较高范围,初始粘度值最大,最大粘度值分别为5032、1240和67.5m Pa·s。随着物料浓度的升高,试验周期内其甲烷积累量升高,当TS=8%时,30d内甲烷累积量为9868ml,比TS=4%和6%时分别高出31%和56%。

【Abstract】 The rheological characteristics of the feed liquid such as density and viscosity in anaerobic fermentation are important for the design and selection of chum-dasher in anaerobic fermentation. In order to get the rheological characteristics and biogas production features,anaerobic fermentation experiments withmixtures of cow dung and crop stalks at mesophilic temperature were completed using the method of comparison and relay. The results show that:When TS is of 4%,the maximum density values of each layer are 0.9658,0.9898 and 0.9975 g/cm~3,respectively.The appearance time is the 10 th,4th and 1st day of the anaerobic fermentation,respectively.And that increase to 0.9875,0.9952 and 1.0052 g/cm~3 when TS is of 6%.The appearance time is the 8th,4th and 1st day of the anaerobic fermentation,respectively.When TS is of 8%,the starting value ismaximum,the maximum density values of each layer are 1.1121,1.0852 and 0.9856 g/cm~3,respectively.From upper layer to lower layer,when the concentration of TS is 4%,the maximum viscosity values of the fermentation materials are 5.1,9.9 and 104.5 m Pa·s respectively,and they appeared in 7th,1st and 1st day,respectively.When the concentration of Total solids is 6%,the maximum viscosity values are 10.5,89.5 and 157.5 m Pa·s,respectively. The appearance time is the 7th,1st and 1st day of the anaerobic fermentation,respectively.When the concentration increases into 8%,crusting phenomena was observed,the startingvalue ismaximum,the maximum density values of each layer are 5032,1230 and 67.5 m Pa·s.In the process of anaerobic fermentation with mixtures of cow dung and crop stalks at mesophilic temperature,methane accumulation increase with the increasing of the feed liquid concentration.When the concentration increases into 8%,the methane accumulation is 9868 ml within 30 days,31% higher than the group TS is 6% and 56% higher than the group TS is 8%.
