Hau-M1光合产氢菌群生长模型拟合与比较分析

【摘要】 本文采用实验研究和模型拟合的方法对Hau-M1光合菌群的生长规律进行研究分析,得到Hau-M1光合产氢菌群的生长周期具有非线性的规律且12-72h菌种增长迅速。利用Logistic、Gompertz和Bertalanffy模型拟合Hau-M1光合菌群的生长曲线,Logistic模型的拟合度最高为0.9797,其次是Gompertz生长模型,而标准差以Gompertz模型最低为0.0012,3种模型拐点时龄均在Hau-M1光合菌群的对数生长期,拐点干重以Logistic模型最高为0.2288 mg/m L,且模型拟合值与实验测试值接近。Logistic模型和Gompertz模型可以较好的用于Hau-M1光合菌群生长规律的预测和分析,为保存、改良和开发利用混合菌种进行光合产氢提供可靠的科学依据。

【Abstract】 The growth rule of Hau-M1 mixed photosynthetic bacteria is studied by experimental research and model fitting. The results showed that growth cycle of Hau-M1 photosynthetic hydrogen production bacteria is the law of the nonlinear and mixed bacteria grow rapidly in 12-72 h. This study applies Logistic,Gompertz and Bertalanffy these three kinds of nonlinear growth models to fit and analyze for growth curve of Hau-M1 mixed bacteria. Logistic showed the best fitting efficiency(0.9797),followed by Gompertz,and the standard deviation of Gompertz model is the lowest(0.0012).Growth inflection point were in the logarithmic phase of photosynthetic bacteria. Photosynthetic bacteria weight inflection point of Logistic model is 0.2288 mg/m L,and model fitting values have a good agreement with experimental values. So Logistic model and Gompertz model can be better used to predict and analyze Hau-M1 photosynthetic bacteria growth rule. It will provide reliable scientific basis for preservation,improvement and utilization mixed bacteria.
