横向弯剪作用下生态复合锚杆变形破坏机理模型试验研究

【摘要】 生态复合锚杆在横向弯剪作用下的变形特征与破坏模式等方面缺乏科学认识,还未从试验、理论等方面进行过机理性研究。首先介绍了生态复合锚杆模型试验的制作与试验过程,然后通过对试验数据进行分析,揭示横向弯剪作用下生态复合锚杆竖向变形量、轴向应力、弯矩、界面剪应力等的演化规律与特征,最后结合本次试验研究成果对后续试验方案的优化提出建议。结果表明:生态复合锚杆的轴向应力、弯矩、剪应力均在剪切面附近出现峰值集中现象,且数值向远离剪切面减小非常迅速;生态复合锚杆的轴向应力、弯矩、剪应力随荷载的增大而增大主要发生在弹性变形阶段;生态复合锚杆的拉拔荷载主要由铝管及铝管复合材料界面来承受,并且可以预见其抗弯强度在其进入塑性变形阶段后并无明显增长。

【Abstract】 The deformation characteristics and failure mode of the Ecological Composite Rockbolt(ECR) under lateral bending and shear effect have never been clarified in terms of experimental and theoretical research.Frist,test process about the double shear model test of ERC were introduced,and then based on the data analysis,the evaluation regularity and characteristics of some physical quantities,such as vertical deformation,axial stress,bending moment,interfacial shear stress etc.,were discussed.Finally,combined with the test results,some suggestions were proposed to optimize subsequent testing schemes.The results show that axial stress,bending moment and shear stress of the ERC reach their peak near the shear surface and decreases very rapidly away from shear surface.Axial stress,bending moment and shear stress of the ERC increases with the increase of load,which primarily arises in the stage of elastic deformation.The pullout load of ERC mainly bear by aluminum and aluminum composite material interface,besides the flexural strength had no significant growth when it entry into the plastic deformation stage.
