基于嵌入式系统的环模制粒机控制

【摘要】 环模制粒机是饲料生产工艺中的重要设备之一,其控制系统的优劣直接影响饲料产品的质量。为了获得高质量的产品和最大化的生产效率,环模制粒机的两个被控变量制粒机主电机电流、调质器出口温度必须控制在最佳工作状态下。本文分析了环模制粒机的生产工艺流程、基于STM32F107VCT6进行了制粒机的硬件设计、μC/OS-II操作系统移植、制粒机自动控制方式生产流程设计以及控制算法设计,在此基础之上进行了模拟实验,验证了设计的可行性。
【Abstract】 Hoop standard granulator is an important equipment in feed production process and the pros and cons of its control system directly affects the quality of feed products. In order to produce high quality products and achieve maximum production efficiency, two large controlled variables such as the main motor current and conditioner outlet temperature of the hoop standard granulator must be controlled in the best working conditions. This thesis analyzes the production process of the hoop standard granulator, and STM32F107VCT6 are used to design embedded hardware system. In software μC / OS-II operating system is transplanted, while the manner of the hoop standard granulator automatic control and control algorithm are also designed. On this basis, Simulation verifies the feasibility of the design.
