极地冰下基岩取心钻探仿生金刚石钻头实验研究

【摘要】 铠装电缆式电动机械取心钻进技术具有质量轻、消耗功率小、钻进效率高等优点,是南极冰下基岩钻进最具潜力的钻探技术之一。受铠装电缆式电动机械钻具反扭装置、循环系统和动力系统的限制,所用钻头需要在小流量、低钻压、小扭矩的工况下正常工作,常规金刚石钻头难以满足要求。仿生金刚石钻头借鉴生物非光滑表面减阻、防粘、耐磨的特性,对底唇面进行了非光滑设计,钻进速度和寿命较常规钻头大幅度提高。选择了3种不同结构形式的仿生金刚石钻头,对其小工况条件下的工作性能进行了实验测试。结果表明,仿生金刚石钻头能够满足钻进要求,其中斜水口仿生金刚石钻头在3000 N钻压下能够达到1.69m/h的钻速,38 N·m扭矩,基本符合要求,为优选极地冰下基岩取心钻进钻头提供重要依据。

【Abstract】 The electromechanical drilling technology,which provides light weight,low power consumption,high drilling efficiency,etc,is one of the most potential methods for subglacial bedrock drilling.It is necessary for the drilling bit to work under the conditions of small flow rate,low bit weight,and low torque due to the limitation of the anti-torque system,circulation system and the power system.Common diamond bits can not meet these requirements,while ionic diamond bits which borrow from the features of bionic non smooth surface such as friction reduction and anti-abrasiveness can provide high drilling rates and long service life.Three different bionic diamond drill bits have been chosen and tested under the condition of low drilling parameters.It is found that bionic diamond bits can meet the subglacial bedrock drilling requirements.The penetration rate of the oblique nozzle bionic diamond bit can reach 1.69 mh with the torque of 38 N ? m when the bit weight is 3000 N.The test provides important basis for bit selection for polar subglacial bedrock drilling.
