【摘要】 为改变汽车零部件企业传统的运营模式,提出了以项目过程管理为基础的汽车零部件产品研发和生产管理体系。首先,从项目管理理论角度,分析江淮汽车某零部件企业产品研发和生产过程中存在的问题;然后,基于项目管理理论构建产品研发和生产管理组织机构,并对组织中各协作主体的工作进行分析,设计出基于项目矩阵的汽车零部件产品研发和生产管理体系的结构,实现了项目规划、过程管理、质量管理、供应商管理、客户管理、项目跟踪等多项功能,并在国内江淮汽车某零部件企业得到成功运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to change the automotive spare-parts enterprises’ traditional operating model,we put forward the method of automotive spare-parts product development and production management systems based on project management process. First,this paper analyzes the emerging problems in the process of enterprise product development and production of JAC Motors’ spare-parts from the perspective of project management theory; and then, Constructing the product development and production management organization based on the project management theory,and analyzing the organization of the work of the coordination body,designing a project-based matrix automotive spare-parts product development and production management systems architecture,realizing project planning,process management,quality management,supplier management,customer management,project tracking and many other features,and which has been successfully used in JAC spare-parts enterprises.更多还原
