细胞培养技术在化妆品功效评价中的应用

【摘要】 本文从细胞生物学方法综述了美白、抗衰老、保湿及伤口愈合原料化妆品的功效评价方法。主要介绍了细胞生物学在抗皱化妆品功效评价中的应用,及最新RTCA技术在细胞增殖及细胞毒性方面的应用。通过建立相关细胞模型,对化妆品有效成分进行细胞学观察及关键指标分子生物学检测,可为保湿、美白、抗衰老功能的化妆品进行有效评估并提供客观的数据支持,还可作为功效原料的筛选方法,这些技术对化妆品功效成分的研发和评价具有广泛的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cell biology methods review efficacy evaluation methods of the whitening,moisturizing,wound healing and antiwrinkle cosmetics.This paper mainly introduces the application of cell biology in the anti wrinkle cosmetic efficacy evaluation,and the latest RTCA technology in cell proliferation and cytotoxicity.Through the establishment of the cell model and on the effective components of cosmetics of cytological observation and the key index of molecular biology detection,moisturizing,whitening,anti-aging function of cosmetics to effectively evaluate and provide objective data to support,moreover it can be used as a screening method of raw materials.These techniques have extensive application value in development and evaluation of cosmetic efficacy components更多还原
