枯草芽孢杆菌-刺五加多糖合生元对蛋雏鸡的影响

【摘要】 本试验旨在通过饲养试验和屠宰试验研究一种枯草芽孢杆菌-刺五加多糖合生元对蛋雏鸡的生长性能、血液免疫指标的影响。选用600只健康、体重相近的1日龄海兰褐雏鸡,随机分成6组,每组4个重复,每个重复25只鸡。I组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;II组为抗生素组,在基础日粮中添加金霉素(80g/t);III、IV、V、VI组为试验组,分别在基础饲粮中添加0.1%、0.2%、0.4%和0.8%的枯草芽孢杆菌-刺五加多糖合生元,试验期56d。结果在生长性能方面,与对照组、金霉素组相比,0.1%和0.2%组各时间段的平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比差异均不显著(P>0.05);0.4%、0.8%组在1-28日龄和28-56日龄的料重比与对照组相比,分别降低了6.98%、5.43%和4.07%、2.71%,差异均显著(P<0.05),日增重、日采食量差异均不显著(P>0.05),与金霉素组相比,各阶段日增重、日采食量和料重比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。在血液免疫指标上,与对照组相比,0.2%和0.4%组的免疫球蛋白(A、M、G)的含量均显著提高(P<0.05),0.1%和0.8%组差异均不显著(P>0.05);与金霉素组相比,0.4%组的免疫球蛋白(A、M、G)的含量显著提高(P<0.05),0.1%组的免疫球蛋白(M)、0.2%组的免疫球蛋白(A、M、G)及0.8%组的免疫球蛋白(M、G)与金霉素组差异不显著(P>0.05),0.1%组的免疫球蛋白(A、G)及0.8%组的免疫球蛋白(A)显著低于金霉素组(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,本枯草芽孢杆菌-刺五加多糖合生元产品对蛋雏鸡生长性能和免疫能力有显著改善效果,其效果与添加量有关,当添加0.4%左右时饲喂效果较好。

【Abstract】 This experiment aims to study effect of bacillus subtilis- acanthopanax polysaccha-ride biostime on the growth performance, immune indexes of blood of chicks by raise and slaughtertest to verify its effect in practical application and provide theoretical basis for its reasonable use.Six hundred one-day-old‘Hy-Line VARIETR BROWN’chicks with an average body weight wererandomly allotted to 6 groups with 4 replicates per group and 25 chickens per replicate. The chickswere randomly subjected to one of the following 6 treatments for 56 days: the control group(I Group),feeding basic ration; antibiotics group(II Group), supplemented with aureomycin(80g/t);othergroups supplemented with 0.1%(III Group),0.2%(IV Group),0.4%(V Group),0.8%(VI Group)ofbacillus subtilis- acanthopanax polysaccharide biostime,respectively. In terms of growth perfor-mance, compared with control group and aureomycin group, 0.1% and 0.2% group had no significanteffect on the average daily gain, average daily feed intake and weight ratio for chicks(P>0.05); Com-pared with control group, 0.4% and 0.8% group had significant effect on weight ratio at day of 1-28 and 28-56 by reduced 6.98%、5.43% and 4.07%、2.71%(P<0.05), had no significant effect on theaverage daily gain and average daily feed intake(P>0.05), also had no significant effect on the aver-age daily gain, average daily feed intake and weight ratio for chicks with aureomycin group(P>0.05). On blood immune index,compared with control group,0.2% and 0.4% group had made a signif-icant improved on the immunoglobulin(A, M, G)levels(P<0.05), 0.1% and 0.8% group had no sig-nificant difference(P>0.05); Compared with aureomycin group, 0.4% group had made a significantimproved on the immunoglobulin(A, M, G)levels(P<0.05), the levels of mmunoglobulin( M)of0.1% group, the levels of mmunoglobulin(A, M, G)0f 0.2% group and the levels of mmunoglobulin(M, G)0f 0.8% group had no significant difference(P>0.05), but the levels of mmunoglobulin(A、G)of 0.1% group and the levels of mmunoglobulin(A)0f 0.8% group significantly lower than it(P<0.05).Under the condition of this experiment, the product of bacillus subtilis-acanthopanax polysac-charide biostime has a good effect on the growth performance, immune indexes of blood of chicks,its effect was related to the content and feeding effect was better when added about 0.4% in the dietsof chicks.
