氯嘧磺隆与2甲4氯钠盐混配对香附子的联合毒力测定

【摘要】 【目的】明确氯嘧磺隆与2甲4氯钠盐对香附子的联合毒力,确定单剂及混用剂量作用范围,优化最佳配比。为氯嘧磺隆与2甲4氯研发和混合使用高效防除农田恶性杂草香附子提供科学依据。【方法】联合毒力测定设计,采用等效线法。配制不同比例和不同用量的药剂,在玻璃温室,喷雾塔定量茎叶喷雾处理盆栽香附子。药后30天调查鲜重,计算防除效果(抑制率%)。数据采用DPS软件统计分析。【结果】处理香附子新叶发黄生长受抑制与混合药剂用量和时间成正相关,药后20天,氯嘧磺隆单剂超高剂量和混合药剂高剂量处理区植株心叶基部变褐色,整株开始死亡。【结论】在控制条件下,经过多水平预测和实测及分析,可以认定,氯嘧磺隆与2甲4氯混配防治香附子,具有明显的增效作用,共毒系数为2.1。氯嘧磺隆与2甲4氯混合最佳配比为=1:3.9。
【Abstract】 [Objective]to clear chlorimuron-ethyl and MCPA sodium virulence of Cyperus rotundus,effective dose range of single agent and the mixture of effective dose range,optimize the optimal proportion,for farmland weeds vicious Cyperus rotundas mixing herbicides efficient Control will provide a scientific basis.[Method]The joint toxicity experiment design,using the equivalent line method.Aplying different proportion and different content fomulate potions spray tower treating potted Cyperus rotundus seedlings in greenhouse,the quantitative foliages fresh weight 30 days after control effect is calculated.Data is analysissed statistically by DPS software.[Results]Be processed Cyperus rotundus new leaf growth inhibition and herbicides dosage and time of a positive correlation,20 days after,the herbicide single dose and high-dose treatment area plant leaf base becomes brown,whole plant begins to die.[Conclusion]In the control condition,through multiple levels of the prediction and the actual of the measurement and analysis can be concluded that chlorimuron-ethyl and MCPA sodium mixtured on Cyperus rotundus controlling has obvious synergistic effect,Co-toxicity coefficient was 2.1,both the best proportion of mixed was1:3.9.
