【摘要】 [目的]试验筛选高效、安全防除菟丝子的除草剂品种及用量,为园林植物菟丝子防除提供科学依据。[方法]盆栽黄素梅,接种菟丝子,选用22种除草剂各设低量和倍量两个梯度,采用喷雾塔定量茎叶喷雾处理,药后30天调查黄素梅抑制率和菟丝子防除效果。[结果]6%菟丝特AS30、60 mg/L、41%草甘膦异丙胺盐AS364mg/L、10%双草醚SC28mg/L,对黄素梅抑制率<20%,对菟丝子防效>80%,药效高,药害可以接受;10%双草醚SC56mg/L、21.4%三氟羧草醚EC618mg/L、41%草甘膦异丙胺盐AS729mg/L、56%2甲4氯钠盐WP374、746mg/L、48%百草敌AS427mg/L、20%氯氟吡氧乙酸EC178、356mg/L、50%特丁噻草隆SC1111、2222 mg/L、90%环嗪酮WP1000、2000mg/L效果达到80.36%~100%,抑制率达到20.37~100%,药效高药害严重;其它药剂处理抑制率<37.73,药效<74%,抑制率较低,药效较低。[结论]以高效、安全原则综合评价,寄主抑制率<20%,菟丝子防效>80%的药剂处理为6%菟丝特AS60、30mg/L、41%草甘膦异丙胺盐AS364mg/L、10%双草醚SC28 mg/L,其综合值依次分别达到81.68、80.74、80.03和63.69,是安全、高效防除黄素梅中国菟丝子药剂处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To screen the efficient and safe herbicides and dosage to provide scientific basis for controlling dodder.[Method]Pot duranta repens cv.,plant dodder,select 22 kinds of herbicides with low and high(twice) dosage,and spray stems and leaves with certain dosage by sprayer.Then 30 days later,investigate the inhibition rate of duranta repens cv.and the efficiency of controlling dodder.[Results]The inhibition rate of duranta repens cv.is lower than20%while the efficiency of controlling dodder is higher than 80%by using 6%tusite AS30,60 mg/L,41%glyphosate isopropylamine AS364mg/L and 10%bispyribac-sodium SC28 mg/L,whose efficiency is high and phytotoxicity can be accepted;on the other hand,the inhibition rate of duranta repens cv.is 20.37~100%while the efficiency of controlling dodder is 80.36%~100%by using 10%bispyribac-sodium SC56mg/L,21.4%acifluorfen EC618mg/L,41%glyphosate isopropylamine AS729mg/L,56%2 MCPA-Na WP374、 746mg/L,48%dicamba AS427mg/L、 20%fluroxypyr EC178、356mg/L,50%tebuthiuron SC1111、 2222 mg/L,90%hexazinaone WP1000.2000mg/L,whose efficiency is high and phytotoxicity is serious;besides,the inhibition rate is lower than 37.73%while the efficiency is lower than 74%by using other herbicides.[ConclusionJAccording to the principle of efficiency and safety,the herbicides whose inhibition rate is lower than 20%and efficiency is higher than 80%are as follows:6%dodder AS60,30 mg/L,41%glyphosate isopropylamine AS 364mg/Land 10%bispyribac-sodium SC 28 mg/L.Their comprehensive value are 81.68,80.74,80.03 and 63.69 respectively.In short,they are safe and efficient herbicides for controlling duranta repens cv.dodder.更多还原
