除草活性化合物筛选方法的初步评价研究
STUDIES ON THE MODELS OF HERBICIDE SCREENS

【摘要】 将31种16类已商品化的除草剂用浮萍法、小麦去胚乳法、培养皿法、玉米根长法四种初筛法分别在不同浓度下进行平行试验和比较研究,初步确立了简便合理的初筛模型。同时对这些除草剂在温室中以不同浓度分别进行苗前和苗后处理,确定出线标准和靶标植物,并建立复筛筛选模型。
【Abstract】 Thirty one herbicides,which belong to 16 classes of chemicals,were screened with the four primary screen methods:Lemna bioassay,wheat embryo bioassay,corn bioassay and multi-plant bioassay,and a set of model for the primary screen were set up.At the same time,each of the herbicides was sprayed with post-em and pre-em application on the 7 species of weeds in greenhouse,the concentration of the compounds for the screen and the target weeds were determined,and the secondary screen method was formed.
