复杂铸造砂型(芯)3D打印关键工艺参数及材料的应用研究

【摘要】 三维喷印(Three-dimensional Printing,3DP)具有打印速度快、系统成本低、材料丰富等优点,特别适合复杂铸造砂型(芯)快速低成本制造。本文研究了一种3DP成形铸造砂型(芯)的新材料体系,并设计实验揭示了材料(粘结剂浓度)、工艺参数(喷液量、打印层厚)对初始形坯抗拉强度的影响规律。研究发现:增大粘结剂的浓度或加大喷液量均有利于强度的提升,而随着打印层厚的增大,强度逐渐减小。另外,喷液量对强度影响最大,粘结剂浓度次之,打印层厚最小,最佳参数为:粘结剂浓度90%、喷液量200%、打印厚度0.24 mm,成形制件能够很好满足浇铸要求。

【Abstract】 Three-dimensional printing is especially suitable for manufacturing complicated casting mold(core) rapidly and inexpensively, because of its high printing speed, low system cost and the variety of materials. This study proposes an innovative new material system for rapid forming casting mold(core) based on 3DP. And the effects of materials(binder concentration), process parameters(jetting content and layer thickness) on the green specimen tensile strength were investigated by experiment. The results show that the tensile strength is increased by increasing binder concentration or jetting content, and the strength is reduced in with the increase of the layer thickness. Moreover, the jetting content influenced tensile most, followed by the binder concentration, and the layer thickness is the least. The optimal parameters are 90% binder concentration, 200% jetting content and 0.24 mm layer thickness. The parts manufaclwred can meet the requirements of molds and cores for pouring casting well.
