Multiple Cofactor Regression Analysis for Femoral Neck Shortening after Internal Fixation

【摘要】 <正>Objective:Assessing femoral neck shortening(FNS)after internal fixation of femoral neck fractures and finding out the cofactors to the shortening by multiple factors analysis,logistic regression analysis.Methods:Eighty-six patients who had healed from femoral neck fractures treated with three parallel cannulated screws from May 2004 to January 2011.The shortening of the femoral neck in the horizontal(X),vertical(Y),and along the resultant along the(Z)vector X→,Y→,Z→)was measured on anteroposterior radiographs corrected by screw diameter analyzed using Trauma CAD software.Finally,age,gender,Garden classification,Garden alignment index,Pauwell’s angle,Singh index,body mass index and weighthearing time were analyzed for their association with shortening of surgical更多还原
