【摘要】 研究揭示中药的多靶点、整合作用机制需要探索新的研究模式和方法。中医药在防治骨质疏松方面效果显著,可调控骨质疏松的关键病理因素—骨重建的多个作用环节。从骨重建的成骨、破骨细胞前体、雌激素释放的卵泡颗粒细胞之间的相互作用角度,分析骨重建的发生发展过程,探讨体外构建动态的多细胞共培养体系模拟骨重建,建立特征指标同时评价的方法,为中药调控骨重建的多靶点作用机制研究提供新模型,为中药的多靶点整合机制研究提供方法借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The novel methods are needed for elucidation of multi-target mechanism of Chinese herbal.Many Chinese herbal drugs,which possess various regulated activities on bone remodeling,are widely used for treatment of osteoporosis in clinic.Based on the cellular regulation mechanism of bone remodeling,involving cell-cell interaction of osteoblasts,osteoclasts,and ovarian follicular granulosa cells which can release estrogen,establishment of co-cultured cell model of bone remodeling is necessary for detection of a variety of interacted cellular function simultaneously.This co-culture strategy provides a more proper method for active analysis of Chinese herbal drugs.These established methods will contribute to validating the multitarget mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.It also promotes the modernization of Chinese medicine and multi-target drug discovery.更多还原
