【摘要】 目的:探讨补肾导浊颗粒在良性前列腺增生治疗中的作用。方法:选择经临床确诊的良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者80例,随机分成对照组(35例)和治疗组(45例)。对照组患者服用多沙唑嗪(可多华)4mg,每晚1次;治疗组服用补肾导浊颗粒(每次200ml,每日2次)。两组分别在治疗前和治疗4周后行国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL),并对出现的不良反应进行记录。结果:80例患者均完成了4周的治疗,均未见明显不良反应。对照组治疗前的IPSS和QOL评分分别由(17.8±2.7)分、(4.8±1.1)分下降到治疗后的(16.1±2.4)分、(3.1±1.0)分(P<0.05)。治疗组的IPSS和QOL评分分别由(18.0±2.8)分、(4.9±1.2)分下降到治疗后的(14.1±2.3)分、(2.3±0.7)分(P<0.05),并且效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾导浊颗粒能迅速改善BPH患者的IPSS和QOL评分,效果优于多沙唑嗪。补肾导浊颗粒在改善BPH患者的下尿路症状及全身症状上都发挥着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the role of Bushendaozhuo Granule in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:We selected 80 cases of clinically diagnosed BPH,and randomly assigned them to control group(35 cases) and the treatment group(45 cases).The control group received 5mg of doxazosin(Cardura) 4mg,every night.The treatment group were given Bushendaozhuo Granule(per 200 ml,2 times everyday),both for 4 weeks.Before and after the treatment,we obtained the International Prostate Symptoms Score(IPSS),Quality of Life(QOL),and recorded the adverse events.Results:All the patients completed the 4 weeks of treatment without any adverse event.In the control group,the IPSS and QOL scores of pre-treatment respectively decreased from(17.8±2.7)、(4.8±1.1) to(16.1±2.4)、(3.1±1.0)(P<0.05)after treatment.In the treatment group,the IPSS and QOL scores respectively decreased from(18.0±2.8)、(4.9±1.2) to(14.1±2.3)、(2.3±0.7)(P <0.05)after treatment.Conclusion:The Bushendaozhuo Granule can rapidly improve IPSS,QOL of BPH patients,which is better than doxazosin.The Bushendaozhuo Granule plays an important role in improving lower urinary tract symptomsand systemic symptoms of BPH.更多还原
