【摘要】 目的以藏药猪血为例建立猪血质量标准,为动物血类药材的质量控制提供参考。方法:依据2010年版《中国药典》附录药品质量标准研究方法,对15批藏药猪血样品进行性状、显微、薄层鉴别,对水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分进行检查,测定浸出物含量,并采用氮测定法的半微量法进行氮含量测定。结果:确定了藏药猪血药材的性状、显微鉴别特征,建立了其薄层鉴别方法;暂定猪血水分不得过13.0%,总灰分不得过5.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得过1.0%,水溶性浸出物(冷浸法)不少于10.0%,含氮量不得少于7.8%。结论:该方法操作简单、稳定性和重复性良好,可用于控制猪血药材的质量,也为其他动物血的质量控制方法提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In Tibetan Suis Haema as an example to establish the quality standard of Suis Haema,and provide reference for quality control of animal blood Herbs.Method:According to the 2010 edition of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" drug quality standard research methods in Appendix 15 batches of Tibetan medicine Suis Haema carried traits,microscopic,TLC,for moisture,ash,acid insoluble ash ehecks extract content was measured,and the use of nitrogen Determination of the nitrogen content was measured.Result:Microscopic characteristics of Suis Haema was determined,identification methods of TLC was established;The content of moisture could not more than 13.0%,ash could not more than 5.0%,acid insoluble ash could not more than 1.0%,water-soluble extract(cold soak method) could not less than 10.0%,nitrogen content could not less than 7.8%.Conclusion:It was concluded that the established method was simple to operate with good stability and reproducibility.It can be used for quality control of Suis Haema,and also provide a reference for the quality control of the blood of other animals.更多还原
