基于实验研究的乌头半夏反药组合宜忌条件分析(摘要)

【摘要】 目的:查阅含乌头半夏反药组合进行实验研究的文献,总结归纳乌头半夏反药组合使用的宜忌条件,为今后的研究提供参考。方法:利用中国知网、万方、维普、PUBMED数据库,系统检索了自1949年至今,有关"十八反"中乌头与半夏反药组合同用的研究文献,检索文章的过程中剔除综述及临床研究类文章,选取实验研究方面的文章,总结归纳乌头半夏反药组合配伍使用的适宜和禁忌条件。结果:乌头与半夏反药组合配伍的药效和毒性受多方面的影响,总结归纳为配伍剂量、配伍比例、炮制品种、给药时间、煎煮方式等多方面。其中炮制品种、配伍比例、配伍剂量及煎煮方式方面的研究较多,初步认为生川乌与生半夏1:2比例配伍为实验的禁忌条件,对心、肝、。肾组织的损害大,各高、中、低剂量组(临床成人剂量的45倍、10-15倍、3-5倍)之间无差异,就其煎煮方式而言,合煎液比合并液的毒性更强;而适宜条件就其炮制品种而言是生附子与法半夏、生附子与姜半夏、制附子与法半夏、制附子与姜半夏配伍的煎剂,由于乌头与半夏有不同的炮制品种,即使是相同的比例下进行实验也会出现不同的结果,比例方面尚不能归纳出其适宜条件。而给药时间、煎煮方式方面的研究较少。现有的文献认为乌头与半夏配伍的合煎液及合并液为禁忌条件,其中合煎液比合并液的毒性更强。而不同的给药时间对其配伍影响不是很明显。但由于这几方面的文献数量不多,很难从少量的实验中总结归纳出宜忌条件,今后应增加相关方面的研究。结论:乌头半夏反药组合合用到底是增毒还是减毒,抑或是增效减效的配伍关系,历代医家学者展开了一系列的研究工作,虽然相关的实验研究也很多,学者们也从不同方面及不同条件下探讨乌头半夏到底反不反。但现状是研究条件往往侧重于某些方面,而在其他方面的研究较少,不足以总结归纳出哪些是适宜条件,哪些是禁忌条件。且笔者认为乌头半夏能否同用不能一概而论,而是受到不同条件的限制。即对于乌头半夏这一反药组合配伍应进行多角度、多学科、多层次的探析以期最终阐明乌头与半夏的配伍实质,为完善中药配伍理论和指导临床运用乌头半夏反药组合的配伍有着重要的理论意义和临床价值。

【Abstract】 Objective:To review the literatures of experimental study conducted with the Banxiawutou anti-drug combination,and summarize the suitable and contraindicated conditions of the combination,and then provide a reference for future research.Methods:Using CNKI,Articles,VIP,PUBMED database,we systematically retrieve the research literatures of Banxia and Wutou using together.In this process,we remove summary and clinical research articles,select experimental study,and then summarize the suitable and contraindicated conditions of the anti-drug combination.Results:The Anti-drug combination of Banxia and Wutou compatibility with efficacy and toxicity by multiple effects,summarized for the Compatibility of dosage,ratio,prepared varieties,time,the method of boiling and other aspects.The study in which the Compatibility of dosage,ratio,prepared varieties are more,Preliminary view that Chuanwu and Banxia 1:2 ratio compatibility for experiments is the controversial combinations,great for the heart,liver and kidney damage.Boiling on its method,the combined decoction more toxic than the combined solution.The optimum conditions are Raw Radix Aconiti with Rhizoma pinelliae preparatum,Raw Radix Aconiti with prepared Rhizoma Pinellize with juice of Rhizima zingiberis recens,Aconiti Cocta Radix with Rhizoma pinelliae preparatum,Aconiti Cocta Radix with prepared Rhizoma Pinellize with juice of Rhizima zingiberis recens,Because Banxia concocted with prepared varieties of Wutou,even in the same proportion to experiment different results will appear,the proportion of aspects still can not conclude its optimum condition.The study of time,the method of boiling less.Current literature suggests that Banxia compatibility with Wutou and merge solution is contraindicated conditions,which combined decoction more toxic than the combined solution.And different administration time has little effect on its compatibility.However,due to the small number of literature in these areas is difficult to summarize from a small number of experiments summarized Taboo conditions,future research should increase related aspects.Conclusion: "Banxia-Wutou" This anti-drug combination in the end is to increase drug toxicity or decrease drug toxicity,or is opposite and complementary relationship compatibility,ancient physicians and scholars launched a series of studies,experimental studies,although there are many related scholars also explored that Banxia combinated with Wutou from different aspects and under different conditions in the end is not anti-anti.But Current Situation is the study of the conditions tend to focus on certain aspects,while few research in other areas,the number of which is not sufficient to summarize the appropriate conditions,which is taboo condition.In my opinion that with the use of Banxia combined with Wutou can not be generalized,because is limited by different conditions.That is,for "Banxia-Wutou".This anti-drug compatibility should be of multi-angle,multi-disciplinary,multi-level compatibility in order to illustrate the substance of the final Banxia and Aconitum,to improve the compatibility of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical use of "Banxia-Wutou" anti-drug agents on compatibility has important theoretical and clinical value.
