【摘要】 目的:本临床观察通过对乳腺癌患者的广泛性焦虑障碍进行中西医结合治疗及随访研究,探索该病在临床中更有效的治疗方法。方法:通过患者在随诊过程中填写SAS、SDS量表,评估在中西医结合治疗过程中扶正疏肝法对该患者的干预作用。结果历次随访SAS标准评分分别为61.25、57.5、50、35;SDS标准评分分别为63.75、58.75、51、41,广泛性焦虑障碍及伴随的抑郁症状明显缓解,并降至正常范围,疗效显著。结论中医药扶正疏肝法能够有效缓解该例乳腺癌患者的广泛性焦虑障碍及伴随的抑郁障碍症状,在控制肿瘤疾病的基础上改善焦虑障碍,具有临床研究价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:This clinical observation took a breast cancer patient with general anxiety disorder as research object to explore more effective disease treatment in clinical by integrative treatment.Methods:The patient filled SAS and SDS scales in the follow-up clinic to be assessed the effectiveness of TCM intervention method of reinforcing the healthy Qi and soothing the liver.Results:SAS standard scores were 61.25,57.5,50,35,respectively;SDS standard scores were63.75,58.75,51,41,respectively.GAD and associated depressive symptoms were relieved,and reached to the normal range.Conclusion:TCM treatment of reinforcing the healthy Qi and soothe the liver can effectively alleviate the breast cancer combined GAD and depression.It controls tumor on the basis to improve the mental disorders symptoms with a clinical research value.更多还原
