【摘要】 目的:测定民族药骆驼蓬种子及其炮制品中去氢骆驼蓬碱的含量。方法:采用HPLC进行测定,以甲醇-0.5%氨水(25:75)为流动相,紫外检测波长为320 nm。结果:样品中去氢骆驼蓬碱的质量分数在0.53%~1.73%之间。结论:本法简便,灵敏,专属性强,为民族药骆驼蓬及其炮制品的质量评价提供了有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Determination of harmine in seeds of ethnic medicine and its processed products of Peganum harmala.METHODS It was analyzed by HPLC with methanol-0.5% aqueous ammonia(25:75) as mobile phase and the UV detection wavelength was 320 nm.RESULTS The results indicated that the content of harmine sample is between 0.53% and 1.73%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,sensitive,reproducible,and provides an effective method to evaluate the quality of ethnic medicine and its processed products of Peganum harmala.更多还原
