【摘要】 中药药效物质基础是中药质量、药效、临床等研究的基础,但仍有许多瓶颈问题需要解决,如中药药效物质基础的认定问题,药效物质的微观分析和质量控制问题等等。目前一些新的技术和方法已经用于中药药效物质基础的研究,主要有中药血清药物化学、代谢组学、计算机虚拟筛选技术、亲和色谱和分子烙印技术等。本文查阅资料,对新技术、新方法的应用进行总结,为中药研究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese medicine medicinal material base is the basis of traditional Chinese medicine research and many bottlenecks still need to be solved.A plenty of new technologies and new methods are applied to the exploration,including Chinese medicine serum drug chemical,Metabonomics,Computer virtual screening technology,Affinity chromatography,Molecular imprinting technology and so on.In this review,we summarized the application of the new technologies and methods mentioned above by resourcing.更多还原
