【摘要】 目的:分析膝骨关节炎熏洗处方的用药规律。方法:通过中国知网、重庆维普、PubMed数据库收集1990年-2012年治疗膝骨关节炎的中药外用熏洗处方,筛选出符合纳入标准的处方共343个,应用属性偏序结构图等方法进行分析。结果:总结出了343个处方用药的四气五味、归经和归类分布情况,发现68个高频用药,运用生成的属性偏序结构图表示343个处方的用药配伍规律及不同证型的量-证关系。结论:膝骨关节炎熏洗处方主要由祛风湿散寒药、活血化瘀药及祛风湿清热药组成,其治则为治标,治法主要是祛风湿散寒、活血化瘀及祛风湿清热。属性偏序结构图方法有助于处方的用药规律研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the component law of Chinese medicines of fuming-washing prescriptions for knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Chinese medicine fuming-washing prescriptions for knee osteoarthritis between 1990 and 2012 were collected from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP database,and PubMed database,343 Chinese herb prescriptions were collected and analyzed by structural partial-ordered attribute diagram.Results:Based on analysis of 343 Chinese medicine fuming-washing prescriptions for knee osteoarthritis,the distribution of four Qi,five flavor,channel entry,and classify of herbs and 68 higher used frequency herbs were found.The composition principle of recipes and the relationship between different syndrome and dose of herbs were displayed by structural partial-ordered attribute diagram.Conclusion:Chinese medicine for fuming-washing therapy of knee osteoarthritis mainly consists of wind-dampness-dispelling and cold-dispersing medicine,bloodactivating and stasis-resolving medicine,wind-dampness-dispelling and heat-clearing medicine.The treatment principle is to eliminate pathogenic factors.The methods of treatment mainly consist of dispelling wind-dampness and dispersing cold,activating blood and resolving stasis,and dispelling wind-dampness and clearing heat.Structural partial-ordered attribute diagram contributes to the study of composition principle exploring of herbal prescriptions.更多还原
