电针足三里和天枢穴对IBS大鼠脑肠轴不同靶点的效应差异
Difference of effect in IBS model rats by eletro-acupuncture on different points of stomach meridian

【摘要】 目的:比较电针足三里和天枢穴对IBS模型大鼠内脏高敏的调节效应差异,探讨两穴作用的不同靶点,为进一步研究腧穴效应的特异性规律提供实验依据。方法:采用醋酸灌肠法制备IBS动物模型。将模型大鼠随机分为3个组,即模型组、电针足三里组、电针天枢组。电针两穴组给予20分钟电针刺激,共电针治疗7次。观察电针对大鼠内脏高敏行为反应的影响,同时检测各组大鼠血液及脑肠不同靶点处的NPY含量变化。结果:与模型组比较,电针足三里组大鼠腹部抬起和背部拱起的容量阈值明显升高(P<0.05)。且电针足三里组大鼠丘脑中NPY含量显著性升高(P<0.01)。电针天枢组结肠组织中NPY含量明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:足三里穴有直接的明显抑制内脏高敏的效应,并对丘脑中NPY有明显的调节作用。天枢穴对内脏高敏的抑制作用不明显,天枢穴只对结肠局部的脑肠肽紊乱有调节作用,推测NPY在丘脑中的含量变化可能是两穴作用差异的关键性调节物质。
【Abstract】 Objective:By comparing the adjusting action of electro-acupuncture on ST 36 and ST 25 points to high sensitivity of IBS model rats of viscera,discusing the target spot of action of the two points as well as the specific law of the points effect.Methods:making the IBS model of animals by acetic acid retention-enema method,then model rats are divided into3 groups:model group,EA ST 36 group,EA ST 25 group.Observing the influence of electro-acupuncture to high sensitivity of model rats of viscera and testing the change of NPY content in their spinal cord and brain tissue and bowels tissue of each group.Results:Comparing with model group,electro-needling on ST 36 point can remarkably improve capacity threshold value of abdomen raising and back hunching up of rats,P<0.05;and also can remarkably increase NPY content in thalamus.Electroneedling on ST 25 point can increase NPY content in bowel tissue.Conclusion:ST 36 point are can directly restrain the high sensitivity of model rats of visera,and adjust the NPY content in thalamus of rats.ST 25 point has no this kind of action,it just has the local adjusting effect We guess the change of NPY content in thalamus may be the key link which produce the difference effect between the two points.
