【摘要】 目的:评价当归补血汤中药方剂对比常规治疗用于糖尿病肾病治疗的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索Medline(1966年至2012年)、Embase(1974年至2012年)、Cochrane图书馆、中国生物医学文献光盘数据库(CBM)(1998年至2012年)、中文学术期刊全文数据库(1994年至2012年)。按纳入排除标准纳入合格的随机对照研究并对其进行质量评价,Meta分析采用Rev Man 4.3软件进行。结果共纳入5篇研究包括356例,Meta分析结果表明常规治疗联合中药方剂与常规治疗相比用于患者的治愈率、空腹血糖(FBS)、24h尿微量白蛋白和肌酐(Cr)等的变化情况。其中,治愈率、FBS、24h尿微量白蛋白等的变化情况有统计学意义,肾功能的变化情况无统计学意义。其RR值和95%CI分别为2.60[1.55,4.34]、-0.27[-0.59,0.04]、-23.65[-29.37,-17.92]、0.72[0.43,1.19]。结论:对于糖尿病肾病患者而言,在进行同等的常规治疗的条件下,辨证使用当归补血汤可以减少患者的FBS、24h尿微量白蛋白并提高治愈率等。不同的治疗方法对于肾功能无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Numerous Chinese patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN) have benefited from Chinese herbs.However,there is no systematic evaluatton about them.Methods:We conducted a Meta-analysis to all eligible randomized clinical trials(RCTs) to assess the effect of Chinese herbs on DN for the first time.Results:①Five eligible RCTs with 356 participants;②Chinese herbs brought a favorable increase in total remission(TR)(SR2.60,95%CI[1.55,4.34],I~2=0%) compared with nonChinese herbs treatment;③Exploiting subgroup Meta-analysis,Chinese herbs led to significantly improvements of DN with ACEI treatment with regard to the decrease of urinary proteinuria excretion(UPE)(MD-23.65 ug/min,95%CI[-29.37,-17.92],I~2=0%).Conclusion:Chinese herbs is certainly a valuable and promising treatment remedy for DN.更多还原
